鸡蛋过敏也可以接种流感疫苗

市售的流感疫苗大多采用鸡蛋培养病毒，产品难免残留微量鸡蛋成分，因此，传统认为鸡蛋过敏是流感疫苗的禁忌证。后来，随着生产工艺的进步，产品的鸡蛋成分含量越来越少，鸡蛋过敏也可以接种流感疫苗。

如果我没记错的话，CDC是在2011版指南中正式明确鸡蛋过敏者可以接种流感疫苗，只不过那时候还附带了很多条件。
随着鸡蛋过敏者接种的案例越来越多，相关研究数据令人放心，所以，目前的指南已经确定鸡蛋过敏者可以跟正常人一样接种流感疫苗，包括发生对鸡蛋严重过敏/过敏性休克的人。鸡蛋过敏者的接种操作程序也跟与正常人完全一样，不需要额外的防护措施。
